Sale Terms

The following terms apply to all sales unless otherwise stated in a written and signed contract:

1. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a pony (minimum $250). Final payment, if by check, must clear the bank before pony/ponies can be picked up.
2. Buyer pays cost of Coggin's test, health certificate, owner transfer fee, brand inspection.
3. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Wee Dream Farm reserves the right to refuse any sale.
